What If You Could See Exactly How Much Time TimelyGrader Saves?
A sneak peak of our upcoming Admin View!

As more instructors turn to TimelyGrader to streamline their grading, we’re building new tools to help give admins greater visibility into impact, starting with our upcoming Admin View. While we’re not revealing everything just yet, we couldn’t wait to give you a sneak peek at one of the features admins will benefit from: grading time tracking.
Please note: Admin View will only be available for our API users.
Why We’re Introducing Time-Tracking
Grading is one of the most time-intensive parts of teaching. TimelyGrader helps instructors move faster without compromising quality, and now, admins will be able to quantify that impact across departments and courses!
With grading time tracking, admins will be able to:
Understand total grading time across a course
See the average grading time per assignment/submission
View per submission grading time
Measure the time-saving benefits of using TimelyGrader

This data gives institutions a clearer picture of how grading practices evolve with TimelyGrader, enabling you to track efficiency gains and support faculty through improved workflows, targeted resources, and reduced administrative burdens. It’s designed to offer high-level insight without focusing on individual performance, recognizing that every course and assignment is unique.
Instructors will also be able to view their own grading time per submission within each assignment.

What’s Next
Soon, admins will be able to track key trends such as the number of submission uploads, number of assignments graded, average grading time, and even AI accuracy. These insights will help institutions get a clearer picture of grading activity and measure the impact of TimelyGrader at scale. We can’t wait to share more soon!
We’d love to hear your thoughts as we continue developing this feature. Please feel free to share your feedback with us to help make it even better!
