TimelyGrader Pricing Update for New Agreements

I hope you’ve been well.

Over the past year, TimelyGrader has grown significantly and now supports 20 institutions, ranging from smaller colleges to large universities. This growth has helped us refine how we support new partners and where we can be most effective. To ensure we can continue delivering a high level of service and support as we scale, all new contracts signed on or after July 1, 2026 will include a minimum commitment of 500 student seats.

Because this change may affect some ongoing discussions, we want to ensure current conversations are not disrupted. Any agreement signed before July 1 will be honored under our current terms, regardless of seat count.
