QoL Patch for April 16th, 2026

This week's update includes dealing with roster sync issues, scalability features for imports, and feedback fixes for student side

Roster sync is now available for pending students

Roster syncing now includes pending students and roles, so your course reflects updates right away instead of waiting for everything to be fully activated. At most universities, students are enrolled automatically but this update also supports institutions where students need to manually accept a course invitation. It's especially useful while a course is still being set up and hasn't gone live to students yet.

Updated feedback messaging for students

When students perform well and no suggestions are needed, we’ll clearly show that no additional feedback is provided, so the interface feels more complete and intentional. Also vice versa when the students completely misses the mark so the feedback will focus on helping students improve.

After: Students now see a clear message when no feedback is needed.

Other fixes

  • We are now checking total scores for API assignments to prevent downstream errors every time the assignment is accessed

  • Improved API token storage and refresh to minimize API errors
